By Mattie MacDonald

At the start of Christian faith, there existed only one autonomous worship center that lived by the bible. As time went by the leadership of this worship place kept on incorporating their ideas into the religion. This caused a conflict with those that did not agree with the act. Eventually, it had to split and every school of thought went on their way. This conflict finally caused the establishments of non denominational church in Houston.

Non-denominational churches are Christian societies that highly advocate for the dogma of free will to all. These churches limit their ways to what is written on the holy bible. No addition or adjustment made after the bible is allowed. Any biblical concept or teaching is welcome in this society and is received with open hands. They believe in Jesus Christ as their savior like any other proper Christian society.

To properly understand the organization of these people, a lot of research must be done. There is vast information about them especially those in Houston. They are a very well organized group with proper leadership as stipulated in the bible. A keen look into these facts will surely clear the misunderstanding in people about this church.

The top management is this community comprises of old members of a society. A group of elders is selected to rule over the society. The philosophy here is that with age comes a special kind of knowledge, wisdom and understanding of natural ways. Next to them are the deacons, these are basically the brains of a society. Then at the periphery of leadership chain are the staff ministers.

The ultimate leadership is the hands of elders. They are charged with the making of crucial decisions for the worship place. The decisions relating to utility and allocation of resources on society is in the hands of these highly decorated elders. Also they are responsible for general stewardship of facilities collected from the offerings and the tithe.

The short term duties that need doing on a day to day basis are handled by an administrative staff. Depending on the size of a particular society, a business manager may be appointed to help out. Also to simplify the work-load for them a couple of voluntary members of a sect offer to join in the organization. This kind of role specializations makes management easy for the leaders.

Bible interpretation and study is another issue that is taken very seriously in this church. The teaching of young on ways of their fore fathers is crucial for legacy continuity. Therefore, worship place ministers are appointed to foresee the accomplishment of this task. These ministers are so trusted that they can write their own teaching material. The elders however occasionally supervise their work.

A wide range of subjective issues are discussed during these classes. They include biblical philosophies, people in the people and facing real life dilemmas in a honest manner. A variety of methods are used to deliver the message. Some churches prefer to move with the trend and use modern technology. Others of course choose to use the original module.
