Textual On Sustainable Green Energy In Africa

By Christa Jarvis

Energy is important in both domestic and industrial use in any given country. Rise in technology has seen to most equipment used in our day today aspects of production to require power to function. In most African countries, there is unreliable production of power to run, and such case are surely doomed to fail and can be rated as a failed state. To curb this challenge, then sustainable green energy in Africa is being adopted by most African nations.

In as much most countries are able to produce power, one key foreshadowing is on the future generation, this is whether such power will still exist to see smooth running without glitches or shortage in centuries to come. In every economy, generation of energy is taken to be the backbone of a nation thus it is of an essential issue that most governments tend to look for solutions.

African has a lot of mineral resources, fact to be mentioned is that it exports less than it imports. This imbalance is due to inadequate power supply hence over dependency on imported products that are expensive and drain the economic scale of African governments. Going green will aid in reducing unnecessary importation on products that can be made locally. It also encourages foreign investment.

Innovation is on rise as a mainstream to technological development, and this help to see rise of countries such as South Africa which on early years were able to invest for future provision of cheap energy. The day today citizens enjoy such early investments and this has made it one of the most developed countries in Africa.

This power is harvested from the sun. It is tapped using specially designed equipments that are cheap to buy install and maintain. The solar panels is able to convert sun heat and rays to power that saves the usage of oil to run machines. It safeguards environment since no contamination in the atmosphere. On added advantage, it is a renewable source thus cheap to run and maintain.

The sunny climate in Africa favors implementation of going green project. This would reduce use of other sources of energy both in industrial and domestic use. What is needed is to get the solar power converters and trapping equipments from reliable suppliers. Much on this can be look up on internet and see different companies that supply the same.

In comparison to coal usage and geothermal, its implementation and maintenance is cheap and environmental friendly. Coal and geothermal is faced with environment hazards such as greenhouse effect that is associated with global warming thus African nations can help save the world environment if such projects are supported thus future survival on the earth can be guaranteed.

Insufficient power streaming is a challenge to economic growth and rendering of services. For those countries on dire need to see good development in infrastructure, then green energy is the step to future goals of any nation with interest of future generation at heart. Apart from future aspects of it, constructive productions of citizens in a country are improved and see to the adoption of reliable clean sources.
