The concept of residual income is income that you continue to earn over and over again from only doing the work one time. This concept has been around for some time but only now is gaining in popularity among those in network marketing as well as other fields.

These professions have allowed the artist or salesperson to do the work once and gain repeated sales from producing one piece of work or product. You as a leader must find those who share the same vision as you do and then teach them how to duplicate your efforts.

It is in the duplication process that the leader must develop certain skills within themselves and others. This is paramount to the success of the organization. Without good leadership abilities one cannot build a solid framework or organization in order to do business and thus the business fails in a short period of time.

Good leaders stand by their teams during all phases of the business process. A strong network in place can generate lasting residual income. In order to achieve this type of success, you must develop good leadership skills from the beginning and stay motivated. You also need to find like-minded people who share your vision of success.

Residual income is also called recurring income and is the ultimate goal of any network marketer. There must be a good team in place in order to be a success. If you desire to develop good leadership skills, it is best to seek out a good mentor who has done what you want to do and repeat their efforts and learn the business from them.
