The words used too must be chosen wisely to help give the message home in the best way possible. Sentence structures should be tailored in the best way for information to be received clearly.

An excellent speaker prepares a list of the main points that they give to the listeners. This list of points acts as the basis of discussions that someone can reference at a later time. The best way to help the points get installed fully is by repeating them during the session. They must be clear and self-explanatory for easy understanding.
