Different companies have different societies. Hence, companies also look whether the applicant suits with the company ethics. They mainly look at the behavior and actions of applicants to validate whether they fit with the organization's environment.

Even if the qualifications and experience are really important for a job, breaking the trust can destroy everything. Companies want to know whether the candidate is reliable and dependable. Therefore, they also check the reliability and the dependability of the candidate.
