You only have to own light clothing and shoes. And you are apt to go out and run a mile. Self-discipline is also important, so that you can keep your routine in doing this. It is beneficial. Improves your mood. It achieves your ideal fit weight. Strengthen your bones. Keeps your smarter as you age. Reduces health risks. Lengthens your life span. These are only few of a thousand ways you can benefit from it.

Anyhow, even if all of us knows that working on exercising our bodies can loose some of our weight, it is also effective in keeping us fit. Daily practice of such makes our skeletons stronger, increases our brain abilities keeping it sharper and alert. It prevents you from the dangerous cancer.

Always be mindful that it is an aerobic exercise. Beginners should moderately start with brisk walks then jogs and eventually into running. It is great to start it now.
