The goal is to focus on what happens when it is time to face the real world. There may be times when a person is tempted and one needs to know how to deal with this. Some people will develop other illnesses and disorder. This can include depression and anxiety.

There are specialized programs which people in enrol in as well. For example, DBT is something that has become very effective. This is more practical by nature. It involves some meditation, learning about what triggers the individual and knowing what to do when this happens. When a person gets to this point, support which comes in the form of a mentor is lost. One will need immediate support, which is why it is necessary to know more about these triggers.
