If your eyes appear red, you will not get the full effect from eye makeup. Always carry eye drops with you. You can apply them for a quick re-wetting and refresh when your eyes get tired and red from spending too much time out in the sun or staring the computer.

If you are going out, try some fake eyelashes. This is helpful for weddings and formal happenings. Increasing your eyelash count helps draw attention to your eyes, making you look younger and more vital. You will look amazing.

Daily exercise is extremely important when battling the signs and symptoms of aging. Keeping active will make you feel and look younger. Exercise is an important part of your beauty arsenal. Schedule about 20 minutes a day to be active. Whether it be vacuuming your abode, or walking a few blocks, you must keep active.

Eyebrows are one thing on your face that affect your looks greatly. A uni-brow is never attractive, so practice good brow hygiene. If your eyebrows join together or are just very thick, then use clippers to tame them.

You can pour a little nail polish remover in your favorite nail polish to make it last a bit longer. Make sure that you shake it really well before you apply it as you normally would. Although the color may lighten slightly, it will essentially be the same color.

Be sparing in the make-up you apply before going to work. Concealers and foundation still give you a clean look while hiding blemishes. Use eye shadows that are neutral. You can add mascara and eyeliner if you wish. Make sure eyebrows are groomed and shaped. Select a lipstick or lip gloss that is just a little bit darker than your natural color. Following this advice will keep you looking groomed and professional through your work day.

Keep a bit of your favorite moisturizer in a small container such as an empty lip gloss pot. You can put this in your purse or travel bag. Reach for the moisturizer whenever your skin is feeling a bit dry.

Drink milk on a daily basis. Milk is great for your skin, bones and body. Since milk is a great source of protein, it helps to build muscle. It also assists in controlling your weight. Milk is one of the simplest solutions to attaining body beauty.
