100% Commission Program Explained

By Ken Acree

If you are active in the online marketing world these days, you have probably heard a lot of discussion about 100% commission programs. These deals are all the rage, and it is no wonder. Who wouldn't want to get paid full commission instead of 20-30%? Let's take a closer look at how these programs work, and what steps you can take to maximize your profit potential.

In the early days of internet marketing, commissions usually ranged from 20-30% with most programs. Many programs today still utilize a commission structure that pays 50% or less. 100% Commission Programs were unheard of.

Some of the most effective online marketing experts on the planet discovered how you can make a pretty good living by marketing those nice reduced payment programs. I say nice due to the fact that numerous of the products excelled, and the pay was OK. Top Online marketers had the ability to make up to $30,000 each month in commission even with these lesser paying packages. And let's face it. This degree of earnings, though not common, is not mickey mouse.

Many more marketers managed to earn nice side incomes by promoting these deals. Even a few hundred extra dollars per month is significant for the average family. In most cases, bankruptcy can be avoided by adding only a couple of hundred dollars per week to the family bank account.

Along the way, a few of the best marketers became frustrated because they were "stuck" earning incomes in the $30,000 per month range. Even though this is plenty of money for most, nobody likes being stuck. There comes a point in time where it is not really about the money, but rather about being the best you can be.

It was out of this frustration that 100% commission programs were born. A few savvy entrepreneurs realized that the information and knowledge based programs they were selling had little to no cost. Through some creative pay plan building, they were able to create programs that essentially paid out 100% commission.

Today, programs such as these are among the fastest growing on the internet. Marketers not only earn more per sale, but are experiencing higher conversion rates as well.

Make no mistake, there as still plenty of good affiliate programs out there that pay lower commission. However my advice is that you find at least one solid 100% commission program to add to your marketing portfolio. You will find it much easier to profit quickly, and stay alive in the online marketing game.
